Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before making your purchase. This policy applies to orders placed in our store.

Yes, we support international shipping to most regions worldwide, with all parcels originating from China.

We primarily use SF Express for deliveries. SF Express is one of the top courier companies in China, providing reliable and efficient delivery services. When the package reaches your country/region, it will be delivered to your doorstep by a local delivery company (such as USPS).

Please note that the chosen shipping company may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.

All orders, regardless of the amount, qualify for free worldwide shipping.

Please note that taxes are a natural cost associated with each package. Due to potential differences in laws or regulations across different countries/regions, your package may incur additional taxes and duties that we cannot control. In such cases, it is your responsibility to comply with the relevant laws of your country/region and bear the associated costs.

We typically ship within 24 hours. However, during holidays or promotional periods, shipping times may extend to 3-5 business days or longer due to a significant increase in order volume.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please send us an email as soon as possible to request a change of address, and we will assist you in updating it.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still contact us to attempt to coordinate with the courier company to change the shipping address. However, please note that based on past experience, courier companies may not always support address changes. We will not be responsible for situations such as undeliverable packages, returns, or disposals due to incorrect address information provided by you.

Therefore, it is your responsibility to carefully review the shipping address at the checkout page.

Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be liable for any loss, theft, misdelivery, or delivery failure of the package. If you encounter any issues while tracking your package, please contact your local post office or parcel carrier for assistance.

While we take every precaution to securely package your items for shipment, occasional damage may still occur during transit. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt to safeguard your interests.

If you discover any damage to the package during transit, please retain the packaging box and its contents and take photographs of the damaged areas. Then, please send these photos along with your order number to us via email. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the package.
