You may contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery confirmation by courier services to arrange for returns. Please ensure that the returned items are in new and unused condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the products are securely packaged for return. We strongly recommend using an insured and reliable courier service for shipping, and kindly provide us with the tracking number after sending out the return package.
Once we receive your package and confirm its contents are in order, we anticipate processing your refund within approximately 7 business days. Typically, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. For instance, if you paid for your order using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.
The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
